How We WorkFirst of all, let us say how we do not work! We do not perform an expensive study and then provide you with a report in an attractive binder that you then put away in your bookcase to gather dust. Rather, we get together with you to identify the issues that you are facing, and then WORK WITH YOU and your staff to IMPLEMENT the strategies that we develop. We are extremely flexible in the way we work. An assignment to us is what the client wants, whether it be: A specific project for a limited period of time, such as the preparation of a business plan or the study of a distribution network or the implementation of a new financial package. On a retainer basis, where we work with the Owner and his team over a period of time to act as the Owner's confidant, advisor, coach, mentor, board of directors, whatever is needed. This can be as little as four hours per month up to 64 hours per month. A typical assignment generally runs about 16 hours per month. A research assignment where there is a specific task that can be handled offsite. The preparation of a Financial Healthcheck and the development of Strategic Options to improve the health of a company. This is covered in detail in Our Services. To act as a Facilitator at Planning meetings.
